Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure a seamless luxury salon experience, please review our booking policies. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of 30% of the scheduled service price. Deposits already paid will count toward this fee. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price, less any deposit already retained. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may require cancellation or rescheduling and may be subject to the applicable no-show policy. Rescheduling: With at least 48 hours’ notice, eligible deposits may be transferred once to a new appointment, subject to availability. Remaining Balance: Any outstanding
