Service Description
Enjoy a refreshing shampoo, regular conditioning, and basic blow-dry to leave your hair clean, soft, and ready for your next style. Perfect for routine hair maintenance or preparing for a protective style. Please Note: This service does not include deep conditioning treatments, extensive detangling, trims, or additional styling. Hair must be reasonably detangled before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure a seamless luxury salon experience, please review our booking policies. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of 30% of the scheduled service price. Deposits already paid will count toward this fee. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price, less any deposit already retained. Late Arrivals: A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes may require cancellation or rescheduling and may be subject to the applicable no-show policy. Rescheduling: With at least 48 hours’ notice, eligible deposits may be transferred once to a new appointment, subject to availability. Remaining Balance: Any outstanding
